Tell us the task you repeat and the information you can approve. We prepare reusable instructions and examples, test representative cases, then help you install, use and maintain them. You review drafts before anything is sent.
For eligible business workspaces, some configuration can be done through access you grant with the platform's own permissions. We agree the exact permissions and actions first. You never share passwords.
Scope and price agreed in writing before work starts
Your booking reserves the time. Payment details follow by email, and the session is confirmed once paid. If you don't pay, the slot is released.

Personal coaching can be 2 × 1 hour and the Freelancer pack 2 × 1.5 hours. Book the first part; we agree the second date together during or after it.
Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; the terms explain how it applies to sessions in that period.
No. Sessions use the account you already have. If a paid plan really helps, you decide and pay the provider directly.
The task, the materials you receive, what you do yourself, the schedule, the price and the support boundary, in writing before any work starts.

No. Most preparation happens separately. We agree whether you need a short guided handover or can follow written steps with a final check together.
Yes, for suitable tasks. We prepare the materials and guide you through adding them. Personal accounts usually have no separate administrator role, so some steps are yours to do.
No. You keep your passwords and codes. Where business access is appropriate, we use the platform's own invitation and permissions, agreed in advance.
No. Live sessions keep their stated length and inclusions. A prepared project has its own written scope and price.
The basic setup produces methods and drafts that you review. Automatic actions and software connections aren't included unless separately agreed and described.
