Every claim against the product facts

    You provide
The question and your returns, delivery and care policies

    A policy-based reply draft

Order status and anything you promise
  3. 3

    Product range → content plan

    You provide
Your approved range and upcoming dates
    Draft you get

    You check

How it's delivered

We prepare your personalised setup, then help you install and test it. Preparation happens separately; account steps that only you can do are done by you, guided, in a short handover. Any delegated access follows the tool's own permissions and the agreed scope. You never share passwords.

What it is, and isn't

Drafts only: no live stock, marketplace publishing, refunds or sending in the base setup. For very occasional writing, a single coaching session may suit you better.

Price

Prepared business setups are quoted after we agree the tasks, source material and handover. Existing live sessions keep their published prices. Pricing →

Questions

Will it know our current stock?

No. Stock, prices and order status come from your shop system; drafts leave them for you to fill in.

Can it draft marketplace listings?

Yes, as drafts in the format you need. You publish them yourself.

Can it translate product text?

As drafts for languages you can review; uncertain terms are flagged.

Can it issue refunds or send replies?

No. It drafts; you decide and act in your own systems.

Is it worth it for a small catalogue?

If you add products or answer similar questions every week, often. Otherwise a coaching session may be enough.
