Who is responsible

Davy Blima, trading as Vocalic, a sole trader registered in Israel (registration number and address: to be completed). Contact: contact@hellovocalic.com.

What I collect

• Your contact details
• Booking and payment records
• Your answers to the booking questions
• Short session notes: what we set up, your preferences, the follow-up date
• Your testimonial, only if you agree

What I don't collect

Passwords, verification codes, card or ID numbers. I don't ask for health information: if you tell me an accommodation that helps you, I note only that accommodation. Sessions are not recorded.

Why

• To deliver the session you booked (contract)
• To issue receipts and keep accounts (legal obligation)
• To quote your feedback (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time)

Who receives it

Only the tools used to run the service: Cal.com (booking and Cal Video), Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp if you choose them, email and WhatsApp for contact, the payment provider shown at checkout, an invoicing app, and Hostinger (website hosting). Some store data in other countries under their own safeguards. I never sell your data.

How long I keep it

• Practice files: deleted after the session
• Session notes: deleted 3 months after the check-in, or 3 months after the session if there is none
• Contact and booking details: 24 months after our last session
• Receipts and accounting records: as long as tax law requires
• Testimonials: until you withdraw consent

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@hellovocalic.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Your AI accounts

Your AI apps are your own accounts with their providers, and their privacy terms apply. I help you choose the settings; I have no access to your accounts.
