Three workflows we can set up

  1. 1

    Brief → proposal draft

    You provide
The client brief and your approved services, rates, scope and exclusions
    Draft you get
A proposal draft with unresolved questions marked
    You check
Prices, scope and any timing before it goes out
  2. 2

    Notes → follow-up and actions

    You provide
    Your meeting or call notes
    Draft you get
A follow-up email and an action table that separates commitments from suggestions
    You check
Who owns what, and that suggestions aren't written as promises
  3. 3

    Approved material → content draft

    You provide
A case summary, article or offer you've approved
    Draft you get
A newsletter or post draft in your voice
    You check
Every claim and result against the source

Turn an incomplete brief into a scope draft

A small agency receives a short brief for a new website.

Client brief and approved services

Brief: “We need a new 5-page website with a blog and a contact form, live before our trade fair.”

Approved: website package up to 5 pages €2,400 · blog setup €300 · copywriting not included unless agreed

Scope draft

Included: 5 pages (€2,400) and blog setup (€300): €2,700 for the listed items.

Not included: copywriting, unless you add it.

Timing: “before the trade fair” — date needed before committing.

Still to confirm

  • Trade fair date
  • Who writes the page texts
  • Which contact-form fields and where enquiries go

What you check

  • Prices match your current package list
  • Exclusions stated before the client assumes them

What the help adds: Your service and rate reference plus a proposal method that keeps unresolved questions visible.

Example prices are illustrative and unrelated to Vocalic's fees.

What we prepare for you

  • Service and rate reference with owner and version
  • Proposal and follow-up instructions or templates
  • Voice examples for content
  • Tested sample cases, including incomplete briefs
  • Maintenance and handover guide

How it's delivered

We prepare your personalised setup, then help you install and test it. Preparation happens separately; account steps that only you can do are done by you, guided, in a short handover. Any delegated access follows the tool's own permissions and the agreed scope. You never share passwords.

What it is, and isn't

These are draft-assistance methods. You review and send. Connections to a CRM or project tool are assessed separately and only if genuinely offered.

Price

Prepared business setups are quoted after we agree the tasks, source material and handover. Existing live sessions keep their published prices. Pricing →

Questions

Can it match our proposal format?

Yes. We build from your existing proposals, so the drafts follow your structure and wording.

Can a small team use it?

Yes, if your plan allows sharing. We check the workspace and agree who maintains the reference.

What happens to confidential client notes?

We prepare and test with fictional or anonymised material. In daily use, follow your client agreements on what goes into an AI tool.

Do you connect it to our CRM?

Not in the base setup. Connections are assessed separately, and only quoted if they're realistic for your tools.

Will it invent results for case studies?

No. Content drafts use only the facts and results you supply and approve.
