  • Prepared and tested for you
  • Quoted after we agree the scope
  • Online, worldwide

Three workflows we can set up

  1. 1

    Property sheet → listing draft

    You provide
    Your approved property sheet
    Draft you get
A listing draft, with unknown size, energy rating, condition or fees left unknown
    You check
Every feature and figure against the sheet
  2. 2

    Buyer enquiry → reply

    You provide
The enquiry and your agency's approved process
    Draft you get
A factual reply and qualifying questions
    You check
Nothing promised about viewings, availability or facilities
  3. 3

    Viewing notes → follow-up

    You provide
    Your notes after a viewing
    Draft you get
    A follow-up message and a task summary
    You check
    Owners and next steps

How it's delivered

We prepare your personalised setup, then help you install and test it. Preparation happens separately; account steps that only you can do are done by you, guided, in a short handover. Any delegated access follows the tool's own permissions and the agreed scope. You never share passwords.

What it is, and isn't

Drafts only. No valuations, legal guarantees or buyer screening, and no publishing to portals or CRMs unless separately scoped.

Price

Prepared business setups are quoted after we agree the tasks, source material and handover. Existing live sessions keep their published prices. Pricing →

Questions

Will it invent property details?

It's set up and tested to leave unknown fields empty and list them. You still check every listing before publishing.

Can it help with translated drafts?

Yes, for languages you can review. Uncertain wording is flagged for you to check.

Does it connect to property portals or our CRM?

Not in the base setup. Publishing stays manual unless a connection is separately scoped.

Can it give valuations or legal advice?

No. Those stay with you and the appropriate professionals.

Can it screen buyers?

No. It drafts replies and qualifying questions from your approved process; decisions about buyers are yours and must follow the law.
