For small business

AI help for the tasks your business repeats

We turn your approved business information into reusable ways to draft replies, proposals and content, test them, and help you install them. You stay in control of what is sent or decided.

  • Prepared and tested for you
  • Quoted after we agree the scope
  • Online, worldwide

How we choose a task

  1. 1It repeats A job you do often enough to be worth a method.
  2. 2The facts exist Prices, policies or answers you can approve.
  3. 3The result is useful A draft, table or summary that saves real effort.
  4. 4You can review it A check that fits your day before anything is used.

What stays with you

Sending, publishing, pricing and promises stay your decision. AI drafts; you approve. If a simple template would do the job better, we say so.

Fictional example · Trades & home services

Turn a voice note into a job brief

After a visit, a tradesperson records a quick note on the phone.

Voice note (transcript)

“Replace the two internal doors upstairs. Customer has the handles. Need sizes, and whether we take the old doors away. No date yet. She mentioned the bathroom door sticks too.”

Job brief

Job: replace 2 internal doors (upstairs). Handles supplied by the customer.

Mentioned: bathroom door sticks — not in scope yet.

Price: from your approved price list, once sizes are known.

Questions for the customer: door sizes · finish or colour · remove old doors? · include the bathroom door? · preferred dates

Still to confirm

  • Door sizes and finish
  • Removal of the old doors
  • Whether the bathroom door is part of the job

What you check

  • No measurements, prices or dates invented
  • Extra work is listed as a question, not added to the scope

What the help adds: A note template and a reusable job-brief method, so each visit ends with a clear scope and the right questions.

Tasks worth setting up

Good candidates repeat, rely on facts you can approve, produce something useful and are easy for you to review. If a simple template would do, we'll say so.

We test the awkward cases too

A setup is checked on normal requests and on the cases where AI tends to guess.

Test request

“Can you do a logo by Friday, and what would it cost with print files?”

Expected draft

  • Logo: €450, from your approved price list.
  • Print files: not in your reference, so it's a question for you.
  • Friday: not confirmed, so the draft doesn't promise it.

Questions

Which task should we start with?

One that repeats, relies on facts you can approve, and produces something you can review quickly. Sometimes a simple template is enough, and we'll say so.

What information do you need from me?

Relevant approved facts (services, prices or price rules, policies, tone) and a few suitable examples. We agree what's appropriate to share before any material is processed.

What is a business reference?

A short editable document with your agreed services, terms, tone, common answers, a named owner and a version. It keeps answers consistent; it doesn't guarantee every output is correct.

Does it send emails, confirm bookings or chase invoices?

No. The basic setup produces drafts and methods you review. Automatic actions and software connections are separate scope, only if genuinely offered and agreed.

Can you work inside our workspace?

For some eligible business workspaces, yes, through a role you grant with the platform's permissions. We check the platform, plan, permissions and task first. It is never general control of your accounts.

Can I use a personal AI subscription?

Some tasks work with prepared materials and guided steps on a personal account. We check the capabilities you need, and any extra subscription cost, before agreeing scope.

How do you test it?

On representative cases: ordinary requests, missing facts, conflicting information and requests outside your services. We record limitations; passing tests doesn't mean every future answer is right.

What happens when my prices change?

You update the one reference document, and rerun the test cases the change affects. The handover guide shows how.

Who keeps the materials?

You do. The reference, instructions and examples are delivered as editable documents in your own account or files.

Is ongoing support included?

The support boundary is written in your quote. Ongoing maintenance isn't automatic and is only offered if separately agreed.
