AI agents

Get useful work done with an AI agent

We help you choose useful tasks, prepare the right information, and set up and test supported AI-agent features for your everyday life or business.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent can work through an agreed sequence of steps, such as reading new messages, updating a list and preparing replies, using the tools and permissions you allow. Not every saved prompt or custom assistant is an agent, and not every setup runs on its own.

How it could work

Two fictional walkthroughs, not connected to any account. Choose one; each shows what arrives, what changes and what waits for your approval.

Fictional example

Keep a community picnic on track

Assigned task

Keep a review list for the community picnic on 9 November 2026: time, place and step-free access. Use only the organiser's messages and the shared checklist. Don't contact anyone or book anything.

Fictional walkthrough, not connected to your accounts. Messages arrive in order; the list changes with each one, and decisions wait for you.

Review list over time

  1. 1 · ChecklistShared checklist: start 12:00 at the park pavilion Replaced
  2. 2 · New messageCo-organiser writes “we start at 13:00 now”, but the checklist still says 12:00. Start time: conflict To confirm
  3. 3 · Prepared for youDraft question for the organiser: “Does the picnic start at 12:00 or 13:00?” Waiting for your approval You decide
  4. 4 · ReplyOrganiser replies: “13:00 is right, I'll fix the checklist.” Start time: 13:00 Settled
  5. 5 · Still openStep-free access to the pavilion: no answer yet To confirm

Your check: You approve every question before it's sent and decide what's final. This demonstration doesn't watch real messages.

What Vocalic helps with: Checking the agent feature in your account and country, a clear task with sources and limits, a test with a conflicting message, and a handover on how to review, change or stop it.

Questions

Can individuals use AI agents?

Yes. Some products are designed for personal use, such as ongoing research or organising a project. We first check which features are available in your account and whether an agent is the right fit.

Are all agents available in my country?

No. Access can depend on country, plan, age, device, administrator settings, invitations and rollout. We confirm the feature you need before agreeing work.

Do I need a business subscription?

Not always. Some products have individual plans; organisational connections and controls may need a qualifying business account. We check your specific task and product.

Can it act without me watching?

Some agents can work in the background. What they may read, change or send depends on the product and permissions. We agree a limited responsibility and the required reviews and approvals.

What if my preferred agent is unavailable?

We can discuss a supported alternative, an ordinary assistant setup or coaching. We can't unlock vendor restrictions or guarantee waitlist access.

Is this included in coaching prices?

A suitable introductory task may fit an existing session, within its stated scope. Connections, recurring work and custom configuration are included only where explicitly agreed, in a written quote.

Have you set up this agent before?

Each setup starts with an assessment of your account and task. We tell you honestly whether a feature is assessed only, tested for your task, or unavailable for your account before you agree to anything.
