Here's my usual instruction for meeting summaries. The results are too long. Improve it.
Try: “Summarise in 5 bullet points: decisions, owners, deadlines. Maximum 80 words. Quote every number exactly.” Run it on last week's notes and compare with your old version.
Illustrative example with fictional details. You always check the answer and decide what to do.
