How it works

How an online session works

Everything happens by video call. You share your screen, you do the clicking, and you keep written steps afterwards.

Before the session

  1. 1Book Pick a time on the booking page; it shows your own time zone.
  2. 2Prepare Install pending updates, charge your devices, and check you can log in to your email and app store.
  3. 3Test Open the video link once. If it's hard, a short test call is free.

Video and devices

  • Default: Cal Video in your browser, no app to install
  • Also possible: Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp video, if you prefer
  • Easiest: a second device for the call while we set up your phone
  • You type every password and code yourself, with screen sharing paused

Languages and time zones

Sessions are in English, French or Dutch. The booking page shows times in your own time zone. If no slot suits you, send a message and we look for another time.

Accessibility

  • Tell me what helps, without needing to explain a diagnosis
  • Captions, a slower pace, breaks, larger text, voice or keyboard use
  • A relative or helper can join
  • Handovers in plain language, as readable PDFs
  • Contact by email or WhatsApp, as you prefer

Afterwards

You receive a handover sheet and, for most sessions, a 15-minute check-in within 14 days, where you show me the task again.
